Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management tool, which will grant you absolute authority over your email mailbox accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this intuitive user interface, you can set up a brand new email account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Besides, you can redirect emails from one e-mailbox account to another, activate email filters, set up auto-reply messages and guard your e-mail box accounts against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited e-mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a given mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming e-mail messages based on specific rules set by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and choose the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mails from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Simply choose the mail account you would like to forward mail messages from, then select the target e-mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the email client of your liking to access your email accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you wish to set up on your personal computer or mobile device and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple mailboxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
